About the role
- This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating bag-making equipment used to convert plastic film into finished bags and pouches.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain production efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials
- Experience with Totani, Hudson-Sharp, CMD, W&H, or similar bag-making machines
- Experience operating bag making, pouch making, or flexible packaging converting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Background in flexible packaging or plastic film converting

Compensation
- $20-$25 Shift: 1st Shift- 6am to 6pm 2nd Shift- 6pm - 6am Equipment: Totani Hudson-Sharp CMD W&H or similar bag-making machines
