- DJs Garage is hiring an Automotive Service Coordinator to join our local Banff team.
- This is a front-of-house role focused on customer service, scheduling, coordination, and helping keep day-to-day shop operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support day-to-day front office and operational flow
- We're a locally operated shop that values teamwork, organization, and providing honest service to both local customers and commercial fleet partners.
- Our shop team includes two journeyman technicians and two apprentices, and this role is designed to be part of the team - not manage a large staff or operate independently.
- Fully equipped indoor shop environment designed for year-round work in the Rockies
- Regular support and communication with the Operations Manager and operations team
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while working closely with a team
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, logistics, administration, retail, or service coordination is also highly valued
