Responsibilities
- Conduct responsiveness and privilege analysis, create and run searches and analytical queries, manage coding and assist with production
- Conduct second-level document review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues
- Partner with case teams to develop and execute review strategies, including use of analytics and technology-assisted review (TAR)
- Assist with preparing draft responses to discovery related documents such as requests for production, confidentiality challenges, etc. Assist in preparing privilege logs and redactions
- Support deposition and trial preparation through identification and organization of key documents
- Prepare fact summaries, case chronologies, and case analyses to support motions, hearings, and trial strategy
- Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex litigation
- Assist with preparing draft responses to discovery related documents such as requests for production, confidentiality challenges, etc.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have strong eDiscovery skills, excellent judgment, the ability to independently manage deadlines and assignments, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission in good-standing with the State Bar are required
- Experience with leading eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or similar)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with TAR, analytics tools, and data visualization techniques is a plus
