About the role
- Previous Welding experience is essential along with a hunger to learn and grow with the business.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding specifications, and SOPs.
- Prepare metal to be powder coated or painted.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate and maintain machinery and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, zip discs, band saw, etc.
- Maintain clean and safe work area.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Willingness to learn and build new skills while contributing to our positive work environment.
Requirements
- shift with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals.
- Must be proficient in MIG and Arc welding, along with fabrication and set-up processes.
