- This role involves overseeing complex repairs, mentoring team members, ensuring quality and safety standards, and serving as a trusted resource for troubleshooting and training.
- Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-scans, interpret scan data accurately, and guide others in doing the same
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all required documentation, including calibrations, deposits, and customer paperwork
- 7+ years of hands-on auto glass installation experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex repairs and calibrations
- Advanced knowledge of OE calibration systems and procedures
- experience with both static and dynamic calibrations
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience preferred
