Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize production schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Support stable day-to-day production while driving product and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records, data, and reports
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production workforce
- Collaborate on manufacturing objectives aligned with Zenni's business goals and strategies
- Identify, address, and resolve production process issues and lead the facility into new areas of improvement
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures across all facets of production
- Drive a proactive safety culture throughout the facility
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and implement production policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Plant manufacturing experience required
- Experience with Process Safety Management
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team of production staff
- Demonstrated ability to meet production deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse audiences, internally and externally

- Zenni is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations while ensuring cost-effective processes, exceptional product quality, and on-time delivery.
- This role reports directly to the Director of the Facility and has direct oversight of Production Shift Supervisors.
- The Production Manager will serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
