  • This is a part-time, remote position which will require open availability between our hours of operation of 6AM - 6 PM (Pacific Time Zone) Monday-Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Perform drug information consultations with pet owners, veterinarians, and their staff.
  • Perform clinical follow-up with veterinary staff for prescribing errors.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Current pharmacist license in good standing valid for the state in which you will be based.
  • B.S. or PharmD in Pharmacy.
  • Dispensing skills: be accurate, efficient, detail oriented, and dependable.
  • Experienced using email, Slack, Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to sit and stand for shift work and perform work involving light physical effort.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal pharmacy rules and laws.
  • Environment where dogs are present if in the office.
  • Must have access to reliable internet connection during work hours.

Compensation

  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
