- This person will be responsible for supervision of the electrical and lighting operations teams on assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Performs and/or directs electrical service requests, ensuring work is accomplished efficiently with minimal power disruptions and building downtime.
- Implements lockout/tagout procedures and arc flash safety protocols.
- Maintains clean and electrically safe work environments.
- Performs periodic electrical tool inventory checks.

Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical maintenance and building systems.
- 5 years of electrical supervisory experience.
- Experience as journeyman electrician with strong skills in building automation systems, life safety electrical systems, power distribution, and motor control systems required.
- Must be proficient in electrical diagnostic software, building automation systems, and basic computer applications such as MS Office and email.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices essential.
- Determines corrective action required to restore electrical systems to satisfactory operating condition.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in electrical technology or related field.
- Exposure to electrical systems integration with HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, security systems, and emergency power systems.
- Completion of electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent electrical trades training.
- Work Shift: M-F, 7am-3pm, overtime and weekends based on business needs.

Compensation
- 108,160.00 - 108,160.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
