About the role
- This role oversees recruitment strategy, admissions operations, staff leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- The Director works collaboratively across the institution to attract, evaluate, admit, and enroll students who are well-suited academically, culturally, and missionally for the institution.
- Analyze enrollment trends, market conditions, and institutional capacity to guide planning.

- Competence - Can teach others the skills required to do the job
