About the Job Brookwood Group is a technology-enabled owner's representative and program management firm with roots tracing back to 1945.
This isn't a job where you sit in an office reviewing reports; you'll be on-site, in the action, working directly with contractors, engineers, and the owner to ensure this campus is built right.

Manage relationships with general contractors, A&E teams, and commissioning agents-driving accountability and coordination across all parties.
Coordinate L1-L5 commissioning activities and ensure systems perform as designed before handoff.

10+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial MEP-intensive projects.
Experience reading and interpreting MEP drawings, one-lines, and control sequences.

Hyperscale data center experience (100MW+ campuses).
Experience with crypto-to-data-center conversions or adaptive reuse projects.
Owner's representative or program management background (vs.
CCM, PMP, PE, or LEED AP credentials.
