Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate individual support to ensure student safety and engagement throughout the school day Provide proactive behavioral support during classroom activities, transitions, and less-structured or unscheduled times, including arrival, dismissal, passing periods, lunch, recess, and other common-area activities Implement the student's individualized behavior and safety plans with consistency and fidelity, as directed by the student-support team Collect and maintain accurate documentation related to behavior, interventions, transitions, and student progress Support the student's participation in classroom activities, transitions, and common areas Collaborate with teachers, student support teams, and administrators Follow school policies, confidentiality standards, and directions from staff Perform other tasks as assigned to support school operations
