- Job Title: Baker Reports To: Bakery Department Manager Are you passionate about baking, pastry and providing exceptional food service quality?
- We are seeking a Baker to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
- Maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
- Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues in a dynamic and stressful work environment, while supporting team members.
- Retail Expertise:
- Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions.
