Responsibilities

  • Meets with Clients in discovery, planning/design, and training/enablement contexts
  • Can perform as well as facilitate others in the design, development, and implementation of solutions, e.g.,
  • Develop using out of the box product features, custom development, and/or use of third party tools
  • Perform tasks across the full development lifecycle, e.g., discovery, planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance
  • Create solutions that balance best practice with Client requirements, preferences, and needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knows that developing heads down is ideal, but can still operate effectively when consulting conditions become reasonably chaotic
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude with a strong commitment to customer support

Requirements

  • Must be able and willing to work within Pacific or Mountain work hours.
  • Must be able and willing to work Pacific Time work hours

  • A plus is proven additional technical proficiency some or all of our target areas, e.g., AZ-900
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AZ-204

  • DevOps Engineer Expert, MS-900
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MB-910
  • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), SC-900
