About the role
- ATI has a current need for a full-time Custodian.
- ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Custodian for a full-time position at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia.
- Operating hours on-site are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; Shifts will consist of an 8-hour shift during those hours.

Requirements
- Candidates must be US Citizens;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
- Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment;
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
Nice to have
- Experience working near senior government officials is a plus;
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred);
Compensation
- 11 annual paid holidays;
Benefits
- Competitive pay rate; $25.30-29.87/hour depending on experience and benefits selected;
- Minimum two weeks (80 hours) of annual vacation and up to 56 hours of sick leave per year based on the Service Contract Act (SCA);
