About the role

This individual will be responsible for effectively integrating safety initiatives into the operations of various projects.
Visit active project sites to assess ongoing work conditions to ensure compliance.
Maintaining safety-related paperwork, including OSHA 300 logs.

Work with project management teams and field workers to develop and implement solutions to safety-related issues on project sites.
This enables the Construction Safety Manager to design and implement effective solutions for the company.
About the role We are looking for a qualified candidate with extensive experience in safety to support our projects.

8+ years of experience in EH&S roles within manufacturing, industrial, or high‑growth environments.
hands‑on, proactive approach to solving safety challenges Prior experience with controlled documentation/documentation change management.
Skills Required: Ability to listen - the ability to listen well and take in feedback from the employee's perspective without passing judgment.
Good recordkeeping abilities - the Construction Safety Manager must be able to maintain good records of all safety-related activities.
