Document and organize existing standard operating processes
Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Act as a resource and support for peers when needed
You'll own the load lifecycle from start to finish, including order entry, load creation, and managing any exceptions that occur during execution.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks

Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR's value proposition
As a Logistic Representative, the primary point of contact for customer representatives within the network, acting as the liaison between customers and the capacity team responsible for booking loads.
The individual responds to customer inquiries and requests, ensures timely communication and issue resolution, and manages a portfolio of customers to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
