About the role

- You will be expected to conduct all matters in a manner consistent with the company's Corporate Values of Innovation, Caring, Capable, and Collaboration.
- Trouw Nutrition provides species-specific nutritional solutions consisting of feed concepts, products and nutritional know-how.
Responsibilities
- Support cross sectional team members in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop positive relationships with industry professionals and producers.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with dairy producers.
Requirements
- Perform other duties as required.
Nice to have
- Diploma or BSc in agricultural science or relevant degree.
- Industry experience in a customer facing role considered an asset, however, willing to train the right candidate.
- Understanding of the Alberta Dairy industry and Dairy operations in Western Canada.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and demonstrated time management skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to be coached and learn processes.
- Ability to travel and hold a Class 5 license.
