About the role
- The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects on a variety of scales.
Responsibilities
- Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic representation skills.
- Assist design teams on projects through all phases from Pre-Schematic Phase through Construction Documents.
- Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies & design studies.
- Prepare design presentation documents, renderings, and materials for client meetings.
- Render design ideas and intent in forms of scale drawings, 3-D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models.
- Research materials, products and furnishings based on project design goals.
- Proficient with Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design software.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of related professional experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor or Master degree in architecture required.
- LEED accredited preferred.
