About the role
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic Roofing department.
- In this full-time, salaried position, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for a diverse range of commercial roofing projects.
- This role combines technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to communicate pricing strategies and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current market conditions, roofing materials, and construction techniques.
- Support the department in value engineering and cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and safety.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and relevant building codes applicable to commercial roofing projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency with estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset but not required.
- If you have a strong background in estimating, thrive in fast-paced environments, and exhibit excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

- Experience conducting site visits and measurements is highly preferred.
