  • Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services and assist in staff recruitment and selection.

  • How you make a difference As a Psychologist in a correctional or detention facility, the role involves providing clinical mental health services to inmate patients.
  • The Psychologist must provide mental health services that are consistent with their professional training and experience while meeting the expectations of the facility.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of serious incidents and provide professional education and staff development as needed.
