In this high-impact role, you will define the technical architecture, frameworks, and best practices that will shape the future of our AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep technical expertise who can provide clear vision and mentorship to a talented AI development team.
You will be responsible for ensuring our agentic systems are scalable, robust, and secure, driving innovation while maintaining the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Architect for Scale: Design scalable, robust, and resilient agentic architectures, leveraging advanced AI capabilities and seamless external integrations.
Lead and Mentor: Provide strong technical leadership, hands-on guidance, and active mentorship to the AI development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Drive Innovation: Lead research and evaluation of new agentic technologies, emerging AI/ML models, and cutting-edge tools to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
Manage Agile Teams: Effectively manage engineering teams within a matrix delivery organization, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and predictable execution.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in both functional and people management roles.
5+ years of experience managing technical teams within a matrix delivery organization using Agile methodologies.
Deep expertise in Governance, Information Security, Solution Architecture, and Systems Integration.
High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications):

Practitioner-level or Professional-level cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).

$173,430.00 - $211,970.00
The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for variable pay.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
