Responsibilities
- Architect for Scale: Design scalable, robust, and resilient agentic architectures, leveraging advanced AI capabilities and seamless external integrations.
- Lead and Mentor: Provide strong technical leadership, hands-on guidance, and active mentorship to the AI development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive Innovation: Lead research and evaluation of new agentic technologies, emerging AI/ML models, and cutting-edge tools to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage Agile Teams: Effectively manage engineering teams within a matrix delivery organization, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and predictable execution.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in both functional and people management roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical teams within a matrix delivery organization using Agile methodologies.
- Deep expertise in Governance, Information Security, Solution Architecture, and Systems Integration.
- High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

- Practitioner-level or Professional-level cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
Compensation
- $173,430.00 - $211,970.00
- The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
- We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
- This job is also eligible for variable pay.
- An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
