About the role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO (CISO)!
  • You will be responsible for program strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap to support and implement activities related to people, process, and technology that span across multiple business functions.
  • Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program
  • Partner with Change Management to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption
  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects at technology-based companies or within technical domains
  • MBA or equivalent desired
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience managing complex cybersecurity programs across cross-functional engineering and product organizations is strongly preferred
