A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.
Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.
Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration
Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements
Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines
Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures

Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.
Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
10+ years related experience
5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and f unctional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.
Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.

Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
