Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical facility and production systems including autoclaves, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, water purification systems, tablet presses, and other manufacturing equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot cleanroom environmental systems using the Building Management System (BMS).
Support facility operations across approximately 40,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, and office space.
Maintain inventory of maintenance spare parts, tools, and supplies to minimize operational downtime.
Support procurement activities, including identifying parts needs and initiating purchase requests when necessary.
Author, revise, or support development of maintenance documentation, preventive maintenance procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime or weekends as needed to support business and maintenance requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience.
Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or facility work order systems.
Demonstrated ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and quality standards.
Ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent required
technical trade school, certification, or vocational training preferred.
HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance certifications strongly preferred.
