- As a Maintenance Technician, you are required to perform routine maintenance, rebuild and repair work on all equipment in the facility to support production needs.
Nice to have
- Repair/rebuild all parts of a Die Cast Machine, gear reduction units, and forklifts.
- Read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
- Gauge voltage, check fuses, verify power.
- Repair of water-cooling system and plant air system.
- Repair gas fired and electrical furnaces and making sure they are properly maintained on a routine basis.
- Utilize ERP system to complete work orders or disposition equipment.
- Open PM and complete all tasks then signed off in ERP system.
- If part is not available, have order part and schedule future repair.
