About the role

Requirements
- The "Spark": You are outgoing, energetic, and able to maintain high energy to keep children engaged and learning.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to client homes in the Marion area is a must.
- Commitment to Growth: You must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we'll help with studying and cover the cost!).
- Job Details:
- Part-time: 20 hours/week
- Pay: $17-$22 per hour

Compensation
- $17 - $22 per hour (based on experience and certification status)
- Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8-12 in Amherst and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8-12 in Elyria
