About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain existing household organization systems (systems will be established and trained prior to start)
- Maintain and clean humidifiers and air purifiers
- Manage seasonal property maintenance, including outdoor furniture storage and preparation
- Oversee management of outdoor spaces and the vendors who maintain them
- Manage running household supply lists and place orders through Amazon, Costco, Target, and other retailers
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a private household or estate management setting
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong computer skills required
- You are the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and does it before anyone has to ask.
- You are warm and personable but clear on appropriate boundaries
- you understand that you are a professional in someone else's home, not a member of the household.
Compensation
- $80,000 annually (W-2) | Overnight stays compensated in addition to base salary | 10 PTO days per year
