About the role

  • Provides timely and accurate information to space systems supporting resource allocations and indirect cost negotiations.
  • Produces and updates computerized space allocation drawings.
  • Assists consultants, contractors, architects and engineers in retrieving archived project drawings; verifies renovated space, new construction and newly acquired space as needed; and prepares room numbering for all new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate data in the space system and creates manual reports at the end of each fiscal year.
  • Maintains all construction documents, drawings, spec. books, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings and all project related correspondence.
  • Conducts field verification audits and quarterly department reviews and performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

  • The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
