About the role
- This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager, who reports to the Facilities Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and provide guidance
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout the resort
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and coordinate maintenance projects
- Operate and maintain building automation and control systems What We're Looking For
