About the role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation.
- Lead customer communications related to product enhancements and roadmap, partnering with marketing to drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to gather feedback and validate product assumptions.
- Support the Product Leadership in identifying market gaps and emerging trends
- Monitor customer usage data and support tickets to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Drive data-informed product improvements, defining KPIs for product performance and iterating based on measurable outcomes.
- Partner with UX designers to ensure a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to craft messaging, product positioning, and user documentation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Compliance/Risk Management software.
- Background in enterprise third-party integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Pendo, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Experience working in a global market, managing multi-region product requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (PDMA, CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, etc.) are a plus.
