  • Job Description Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for leading technology initiatives and Agile delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple technology initiatives and enhancements by developing project plans, defining schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Align project objectives with organizational goals, manage requirements gathering, design and execution activities, and maintain effective project documentation and communication.
  • Track and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and expenditures, while providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, customers, sponsors, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, drive delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • 5+ years of Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience leading medium to large technology initiatives.
  • 3+ years successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget and quality guidelines.
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience managing project plans, time lines, test plans, resources and budgets.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
  • ITIL or ITSM certifications.
  • Proven analytical and business skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, release management, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, storage, databases, cloud platforms (AWS), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes is preferred.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $137,000 a year.
  • We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
  • Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
  • In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
