About the role
- The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical education for students in the DMS program.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between the program and its clinical affiliate sites, ensuring students receive meaningful, high-quality clinical experiences.
- Coordinate student placements and rotations at assigned DMS program clinical affiliates.
Responsibilities
- The Clinical Coordinator works closely with the Program Director to evaluate clinical site effectiveness, manage student placements, and maintain strong relationships with clinical partners.
- Maintain accurate and organized student records and clinical documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clinical partners across the region to expand placement opportunities.
Nice to have
- Experience precepting, training, or mentoring students or new hires in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with programmatic accreditation standards (CAAHEP/JRC-DMS).
