Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support logistics for company-wide events, social activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and vibrant workplace culture.
- Administrative Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
- Support with internal communications, announcements, basic report generation, and office updates as needed.
- Assist with admin support for Senior Leadership, including occasional support for Daiya board members.
- Facilities & Office Support
- Partner with IT to support facilities security, including issuing badges, updating org and seating charts, and receiving IT packages.
- A genuine interest in building a career in office coordination, workplace experience, facilities support, or administrative operations.
- You take the initiative to find solutions, deliver results, maintain focus, and drive accountability.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a compassionate, can-do attitude.
