Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support logistics for company-wide events, social activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and vibrant workplace culture.
  • Administrative Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
  • Support with internal communications, announcements, basic report generation, and office updates as needed.
  • Assist with admin support for Senior Leadership, including occasional support for Daiya board members.
  • Facilities & Office Support
  • Partner with IT to support facilities security, including issuing badges, updating org and seating charts, and receiving IT packages.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in office coordination, workplace experience, facilities support, or administrative operations.
  • You take the initiative to find solutions, deliver results, maintain focus, and drive accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively and positively influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a compassionate, can-do attitude.
