About the role
- Oversee all aspects of business functions, including underwriting, servicing, collections, and monitoring loan portfolio performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare operational reports for the Board.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners such as payment processors, banks, and compliance vendors.
- Develop and execute the company's strategic and financial goals.
- Select, lead, train, and support staff to maintain high operational standards, strong customer service performance, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Five to ten years of progressive experience in consumer finance, financial services, or loan servicing operations.
- Strong knowledge of consumer loan products, servicing systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Familiarity with loan management systems, payment processing, and financial reporting tools.
Nice to have
- Master degree in Business Administration or a related field.
