Responsibilities
- Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
- This role is considered part-time and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California.
