About the role

Form Energy is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to accelerate the validation and safety certification of our multi-day energy storage technology.
This role reports into the manager of the Test Software team.
As part of this team, you will contribute to the development of rigorous test frameworks and safety compliance structures in close collaboration and partnership with our firmware, hardware and compliance teams.

Document the linkages between safety requirements and test executions to generate compliance artifacts.
Experience developing hardware test fixtures, instrumentation setups, and integrating physical components with automated test benches.

5+ years of experience in embedded software testing, firmware validation, or test systems development.
Technical proficiency navigating low-level firmware environments, reading embedded architectures, and developing test code using C and Python.
