Responsibilities
- As a Research Mentor, you will: ✅ Guide students in designing and conducting STEM research projects ✅ Assist with literature reviews, data collection, and analysis ✅ Teach fundamentals of scientific research, methodology, and writing ✅ Support students in submitting to peer-reviewed high school or undergraduate journals ✅ Mentor students who wish to participate in science competitions or present at conferences ✅ Provide structured guidance over 10 weekly 1-hour mentorship sessions

Requirements
- ✔ PhD (or currently enrolled in a PhD program) in a STEM field ✔ Prior experience in research and mentorship ✔ Strong communication and teaching skills ✔

- $75k-$100k
