About the role
- Quality Control: o Ensure all work complies with customer specifications, industry codes, and internal standards. o Conduct inspections and enforce corrective actions when necessary. o Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for documentation and turnover packages.
- Critical Thinking: o Identify, analyze, and resolve project challenges swiftly and effectively. o Anticipate potential obstacles and take preemptive corrective action. o Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining forward project momentum.
Responsibilities
- Safety Awareness: o Enforce all customer, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and corporate safety policies. o Lead daily safety briefings, job-site audits, and incident investigations.
- Financial Management o Apply industry best practices to minimize rework, delays, and cost overruns. o Monitor labor hours, material usage, and change orders to control project budget. o Collaborate with PMs and Operations for financial reporting.
