About the role

Drive revenue growth and deepen AAA member engagement by developing new business, retaining existing clients, and promoting a broad portfolio of travel, membership, and financial products.
This role delivers exceptional customer experiences through consultative sales, relationship management, and end-to-end travel planning for complex domestic and international itineraries.
Success requires meeting sales goals, leveraging referral and lead-generation systems, and utilizing digital tools to build a strong, repeat client base.

Responsibilities

Drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Group's 13+ million members.
Travel Planning & Booking Support
Make necessary travel arrangements, including reservations, payment collection, and document processing.
Lead Generation & Technology Adoption
Guaranteed commission payouts: We invest in your success as you build your travel sales career.

Sales Support That Helps You Succeed
Free leads, with priority placed on prospects who are most likely to travel.
In-office travel events and walk-in traffic help drive daily sales opportunities.

$32,552 base pay plus up to $10,400 in supplemental pay or commissions, whichever is greater.

Compensation

Base pay (non-exempt)
Total: $32,552 base pay plus up to $10,400 in supplemental pay or commissions, whichever is greater.
ACG's Compensation philosophy is to provide a market-competitive structure of fair, equitable and performance-based pay to attract and retain excellent talent that will enable ACG to meet its short and long-term goals.
ACG utilizes a geographic pay differential as part of the base salary compensation program.
