About the role
- Psychiatry - Behavioral Health Detroit Lakes, MN Our Behavioral Health team is seeking a psychiatrist to join us in serving our patient populations throughout the local and outlying communities.
- This MD will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individual patients across lifespan.
- A Behavioral Health psychiatrist is able to utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills, while working both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and to use tact, discretion, and diplomacy when working with others.
Requirements
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
- MD degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in psychiatry.
- Pediatric experience and competence preferred, though not required
Nice to have
- ABPP certification preferred, though not required.
- Child/adolescent certification preferred, though not required.
Compensation
- Compensation $337,000.
