Responsibilities
- Leads all phases of a reinsurance transaction, from initial target identification through bidding, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, closing and post-close- activities.
- Manage third-party reinsurance clients, including ongoing discussions on industry trends, new and existing products, rate setting strategies, rate communications and additional business opportunities.
- Prepare internal deal documents and materials for the management approval process.
- Document internal controls, develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance transaction review process and overall quality of deliverables.
- Oversee projects, collaborate with other business units, and maintain third party business relationships.
- Building and using actuarial or mathematical models to perform complex data analyses;
- Developing actuarial models in Microsoft Excel utilizing mortality-contingent financial and statistical calculations
- Analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating data to develop product strategies
Requirements
- 5 years of experience:

- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration with a major in Finance or a closely related quantitative field.
- We will accept as equivalent a bachelor's degree plus 7 years of progressive related experience.
Compensation
- $138,278 to $244,030 USD Annual
