About the role
- Job Title Team Leader III (Warehouse Supervisor) Job Description POSTION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all functions of the warehouse to ensure smooth operations of all activities.
- The supervisor will be responsible for securing the warehouse and supervising staff, maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. .
- Travel: This position requires no travel.
Responsibilities
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Maintains metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Supervisor in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
