Responsibilities
- Design workflows and interfaces that expose the power of blockchains - such as transactions, permissions, programmability, and settlement - in ways that feel understandable and intentional.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and make tradeoffs across blockchain protocols, platform surfaces, and downstream products.
- Set direction for complex problem spaces, mentor other designers, and raise the bar for blockchain product design across the organization.
- 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful exposure to crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure products.
- Experience setting design direction, influencing cross-functional partners, and mentoring designers.
