Tomorrow.io is currently looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support our Golden, CO office (specifically focusing on our innovative Space & Sensors department) by assisting in attracting and retaining the best talent possible.
In this role, you'll report to our VP of People & Culture and partner with our teams to design and execute end-to-end strategies that enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance.

Experience and excitement in implementing AI initiatives to streamline, optimize, and progress the HR function.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

If you are a people person who is practical-minded;
If you are passionate and business oriented;
If you are excited about transforming and optimizing the People & Culture function with AI;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR/SHRM-CP designations a plus!
8+ years of progressive HR experience with focus as an HRBP, preferably in the space industry.
Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.

Leverage data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Coach and advise managers on how to bring out the best in their employees through talent assessments, professional development, and organizational planning; guide managers and employees through employee engagement action planning, perform

The role will be part of a highly collaborative global P&C team and will be a key driver in helping to embed a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
