About the role

  • Requires experience managing Department of War and commercial contracts from proposal, through negotiation and administration, to close-out.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the company's agreement repository and dashboard and manage contract‑request workflows through the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
  • Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare, review, and deliver complete, accurate, and compliant proposals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain contracting policies, procedures, and process improvements to support compliant and efficient contract management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in aerospace and defense company in a contracts or subcontracts role
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, FAR 15 and FAR 12 contracting, FFP and Cost reimbursable contracts
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)

  • NCMA or WCCA certification is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and/or CLM tools is a plus

Compensation

  • $100,800 - $116,500 USD
