Responsibilities

  • Identify seams in the customer journey where switching between products creates confusion or drop-off.
  • Build intelligent, cross-product journeys
  • Design the logic for when and how we introduce a customer to a product they don't have yet.
  • Build the decision framework that turns product recommendations into genuine financial guidance.
  • Own the AI strategy for Core
  • Develop a concrete roadmap for how AI can improve product decisioning, personalization, and customer communication across the core platform.
  • You should have a strong point of view on where AI creates real leverage - and where it doesn't
  • Drive ARPU as a first-class metric
  • Define leading indicators, build the instrumentation, and work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, and Risk to move it
  • Own the strategy, drive the execution

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success on consumer-facing products
  • At least 2 years in fintech, lending, credit, or a closely adjacent domain
  • Proven track record shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or in a platform/core capacity
  • Strong data fluency - comfortable with SQL, experiment design, and pressure-testing analytical conclusions
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical degree or MBA is a plus, but track record matters more
