- As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website.
Responsibilities
- As a Receiving Lead, you will help drive productivity by motivating team members to achieve performance metrics.
- Manage item inquiries from the field Sales team
- Provide administrative support related to specific product channels
- Work closely with Authentication, Photography Leads on the inbound consignment process for VIP consignors and celebrity sales
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in ecommerce warehouse or production setting, achieving hourly quotas
- Positive and encouraging demeanor with ability to motivate others
- Ability to read and understand KPIs and Looker reports
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Internal candidates must have positive KPI's and productivity metrics
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Suite
