- Job Description WORK TYPE: Onsite LOCATION DETAILS: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268 WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm - Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
- The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Partner with department Coach to identify training gaps and develop action plan per team member
- Partner to find the most efficient process and suggest improvements where needed/identified

Nice to have
- HS Diploma or GED and/or 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge in SAP a plus
Compensation
- $15k-$35k
