Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across Rails backend, React frontend, and Python services.
- Drive a lightweight execution cadence: facilitate standups, keep scope tight, unblock work, and push releases.
- Use GenAI tools daily to accelerate delivery: code generation, refactors, test writing, debugging, docs, and design exploration-while maintaining high engineering quality.
- Partner closely with product/design/GTМ to turn customer feedback into shipped improvements.
Requirements
- Mid-senior full stack engineer with a track record of shipping production features.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Python (deep in at least 2
- Speech / audio product experience (TTS, voice UX, real-time systems).
- Previous startup experience in a high-ownership environment
- pragmatic Python services experience
