About the role

- Our team is looking for an Electro-mechanical Technician to join them.
- You will report to the Production Supervisor and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC.
Responsibilities
- Perform tests by setting up and utilizing test equipment and software such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, frequency generators, multi-meters, and other testing equipment.
- Perform maintenance on all test production equipment and fixtures, including soldering ability.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues that arise and create positive solutions.
- Give support and resolve issues with test equipment supplied by the transition group.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electronics field or equivalent military training required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an electro-mechanical or electronic test environment.
- Must be able to read blueprints, troubleshoot from schematics, and assist in writing test procedures.
- Must be proficient in the use of test, inspection, and calibration equipment.
- Proven ability to initiate and execute change into mature processes.
- Candidates shall be required to successfully conduct testing procedures and physical dexterity assessment during interview.
- Complete and maintain all required documentation and records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide cover during operational working hours (may include early swing and night shifts and/or fixed hours) and working overtime as required by the business.

- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
- Demonstrated hands on manufacturing / shop floor experience.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and understands production fabrication and assembly.
- Deep firsthand knowledge of manufacturing operations, the ability to provide real time shop support with solid troubleshooting skills leading to consistent production and quality.
- Wiring and wiring harness
- Heavy duty and high voltage Integrated Power Node Centers (IPNCs) electronic product.
Nice to have
- Soldering (J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 preferred)
Compensation
- Annual b onus program ( varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)
